Buyers looking for elbow room, some character, and a pool!
I have clients looking for property they can park their RV on, preferably with a pool (in ground), and in the area indicated on the map! They need at least 2,200sf, 3 bedrooms plus an office area, and ideally 1/3 acre or more. They get super excited about backing to open/greenbelt type of spaces. If it backs to a creek, that is also a huge plus! If you have something coming up, they are ready to go!
